Batteries do not hold charge very long. One of my batteries had already stopped taking a charge. So, once the one is dead, it’s another few hours before I can cut again.

The battery charger supplied with this 36 volt battery operated unit, is supplied with only a 20 VDC charger. It will never recharge the battery to its full voltage potential, which is supposed to be 36 volts. There is supposed to be a 6 month warranty, but nowhere in the packaging is any warranty information or customer service contact information. Whats up with this, Amazon?
