I like that it comes with 2 batteries, and a little plastic bottle to manually lubricate the chain (remember to buy some bar and chain oil)... Very good and works perfectly, I was able to get about 1 hour of use from each battery. Also I just had to change the Philips Head Screw for the chain adjuster, I was scared to round the screw head and not be able to re-adjsut the chain. I went to a hardware store and changed the philips head screw with a Metric M4x0.7X35 Stainless Steel Allen Key Button Head Screw. For me feeling more secure and not being in danger of rounding the screw head whenever the chain gets loose and I have to re adjust it.

It works fine. Cuts really well. But there are no instructions on how to use it or charge it or oil it. They give you a one ounce squeeze bottle for oil, but there’s no oil in it AND you can’t refill it. 🤷♂️🤦♂️. You can find utube videos for similar saws.

First impressions count. Upon opening the tool box the first thing I saw was a pair of white gloves neatly placed on top of the little chain saw. I got the impression the company that made it took some pride in the way they present themselves. I inserted one of the two batteries and the motor spun the cutting chain smoothly. I didn't run it very long because it needed some oil on the cutting bar but it didn't come with any so I had to go to my workshop to get the oil. There is no built in reservoir for the oil, so it needs occasional oil squirted on the bar to prevent overheating. My first tryout was cutting a 6 inch thick branch off of a tree. The little saw did the job.

It is great for cutting small branches or trees. I wished though that there was chain lubricant in the bottle that came with the chain saw. Instead it was empty.

The instructions that came with this were about the worst I've ever gotten with any electric tool. that's saying a lot! Although the device looks like it's well-built and will work well enough, to some extent that was an illusion. this is a low-end tool, on a par with other off-brands form overseas. Due to my mobility imitations my partner was the one using it. He said it cut nicely, while it had battery life, but that the battery life wasn't that long - under an hour. He had to stop and re-oil the chain with some of the tiny amount of chain oil that was included, and the chain got a bit too loose by the time the battery was dead - which indicates a poorly designed chain tensioner. A major complaint was the poor design of the chain guard does not prevent oil from being thrown around like on a well-designed chainsaw. Also, not bring self-oiling means stopping to manually oil the chain fairly often. He emphasized the need to wear good gloves using this to minimize oil getting directly on skin. The case, gloves, small container with oil in it, 2 batteries and charger were all much-appreciated inclusions, but the saw itself could be better... I plan to update this after we've used it a bit more. For now the best i can give is 2,or perhaps 3 stars
