I needed to badly take down some dead trees and lots of large branches. After trying with a large cordless saw (wouldn't hold a charge at all and huge), sharp branch saws...useless as too awkward for a small woman, I got an estimate for $800 to do the job. Turned out scheduling was just too difficult. Then I saw this. 100% had zero confidence it would work at all, and be super cheap, but it's guaranteed as a prime member. So, why not! It's fully charged right out of the box, and also has a charging cord for later. I'm 70, 110 lbs. I seriously just did the entire job myself, and have all the small trees and piles of pretty thick branches ready for someone to haul away. AWESOME LITTLE SAW!! VERY Light, powerful and it WORKS way better than expected. WOW...$37.18, even if it craps out, it's paid for itself in one day!!!!!! Don't hesitate, and buy one for a friend too, would make a dandy gift.

The media could not be loaded. I used to hand saw the branches off my tree and by the time I was done, I was tired and my arms ached. This little saw did it all fast and easy! Good for smaller branches, if they are about 1.5 to 2 inches cut halfway thru on one side then cut on other side. If you try to cut thru on only one side, it may get stuck, then you have to snap the branch or pull the cut open to release the saw teeth. I was able to cut down all the branches all on one battery charge and it still had a charge when I was done. This saw was the bomb, super glad I bought it and it was much cheaper than in the local hardware stores. The only thing I had a little difficulty with was pushing the battery in, and then I had to ask my husband to pull the battery out so I can charge it bc the charging hole is on the end that gets inserted in the bottom of the handle.

This is small but does a great job on trees and bushes. Two inch branches cut well. The battery is the only minor problem we had. Itβs tough to get out. Strong hands will do it.

This 4 inch chainsaw was intended to cut large branches. It lasted for less than 5 minutes. And, now the battery charger will NOT. It is a waste of money. Do not buy. Actually no chainsaw works. We bought a bigger one and the chain fell off. Luckily Home Depot took it back. Not so lucky with this piece of ------. I even bought the warranty which was useless. RS
