The Glycerin has become my favorite Brooks shoe, even over the Ghost. I got this pink pair and it's been great, but they do get dirty fast. I have already washed them and let them air dry, they held up fine. The Glycerin has lots of cushion but also feels supportive to me. I've had a problem with the Ghost style getting holes in the material after a short time and so far after several months this style is still intact. I went back for the all black pair as well. These are the only shoes I will wear for working long shifts.

I have a soft spot for bright colored sneakers and these did not disappoint! They have a plush cushion and transition nicely. I have a slightly wide foot, but can sometimes get away with a size up. Brooks run narrow in the toe box in my opinion and I’d do better with a wide. My only complaint is Brooks lack of colors in wide sizes. I would definitely buy again. No idea how long they will last which is always the true test. I work in a hospital so I’m lucky if I get 6 months out of a pair of sneakers.

Brooks Glycerin is the best make and model of tennis shoe I have found in my lifetime. Between the Glycerin 19, 20, and 21 models, I now own seven pairs. A few years ago, I started walking 3-4 miles a day and bought my first pair of Glycerins. They offer the right amount of support without being heavy or bulky. About a year afterwards, I suffered a knee injury and needed surgery and knew I needed another pair of Glycerins. One thing that I really like is that they have not changed the style or comfort of the Glycerins when they come out with the new style, only a few cosmetic changes. They have just been the best feeling shoe for my feet not only when I'm out for walks, but also when I'm just running everyday errands.

I needed a good solid shoe for an upcoming trip to Europe! Had great reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m a size 12, with hammertoes, and bunions so I was worried about the fit, and they worked well! I did put my orthopedic supports in the shoes, and they feel great! I like the style with the wider toe box for people with problem feet! So far my feet have not swelled in these shoes! They feel good to walk around in, and with my insoles it has great arch support too!

The fit feels like ‘home’. True to size. Truly neutral. Hugs my foot like a glove on all locations, not just the arch. I have normal forefoot and arch but narrow heels and, while I won’t say these are narrow by any stretch, I don’t have excessive play. My only wish is that it has more cushioning, though. Training with just the Brooks would be rather hard on my knees, so I’ve been rotating between this and ASIC Gel Nimbus. The Gel Nimbus is built to be a super cloud like ride, whereas the Brooks is less cushioned and more neutral by design. The Brooks Glycerin is much more stable, provides excellent arch support, and has a more molded footbed out of the box. The two shoe styles are very different, so I found the Brooks/ASICS combo balances out my training very well. I love the social principles Brooks supports. And I love the fact that they offer women’s shoes in more gender-neutral colors, not just pink or purple. I am 145lbs and jog a 12:30 mile. The outsole has been exceptionally durable and the entire shoe shows almost zero wear after about 300 treadmill miles. It is very breathable. My big toe tends to tear through uppers, but so far it has not. I’ve worn different models of Brooks for the past 10 years and the Glycerin will continue to be my shoe of choice.

Excellent support and lightweight. I wear for walking outside on hard surfaces with no more shin splints. I sized up 1/2 size and fit is perfect. Durable and the knit weave dries quickly when I’ve walked through wet surfaces.
