I have not used it yet. But it has a nice comfortable feel when I hold it. Not awkward at all. It had a very small little bottle for oil but there was no oil in it I don't see the purpose of them sending an empty tiny bottle. I also wonder why there was no case, there are other mini saws in here that are cheaper that have a hard case. This should have came with a case. If I had realized that there wasn't a place to put oil for to automatically be oiled I would have chose a different one. I would have taken away another star but it looks so nice, I love the color. I really like this saw. It lets me get branches cut without killing my arms. Before getting this I used a pruning tool. This is still as dangerous as a big saw but I feel safer using this. I have used this constantly getting the yard cleaned up. I really recommend this saw. And a great price! I checked out lots of saws and prices. This is a great deal. It is so easy to setup. Right out of the box, you stick the battery in and make sure the chain is tight. Push the trigger and you’re set to go. Just received the saw today and cut a wheelbarrow full of wood. It worked better than I expected, but just like the description said. Keep the chain oiled after every 3 or 4 pieces and it works great. If you're use to using a regular chain saw, you won't have any problem with this. Glad they included the little bottle for oil, most don't and it's very necessary. If you're new to a chain saw, google chain adjustment so you don't over tighten or have it too loose. I never had to adjust the chain for the wheelbarrow full of wood that I cut, but I did have to loosed it when it first arrived. I thought it was too tight from the factory. Update: Jan 2024 I used this great little product from August to December and it worked beautifully until the motor started smoking and it quit in the middle of December. I emailed the company explaining the problem and asked if they could help with this. I received an email saying they would definitely help. After a few emails sending them a complete explanation of the problem and the order number and date of purchase, their representative said that looked like there was a defect in the product and she would send me a mini chainsaw body which is all I needed. I received the new chainsaw body the first of January. They have provided excellent customer service. I couldn't have asked for any better service. ... show more

    • Great if you can keep the chain tight

I bought this little saw for pruning young hazelnut trees. It doesn't have the smoothest cut, but my inexperience is at least partially to blame. My biggest complaint is the chain keeps loosening, and I have to stop every five to ten minutes to retighten it. Since both my husband and I have arthritis, neither of us could turn the tightening knob sufficiently to keep the chain tight. We finally resorted to using a pair of pliers to turn the tightening knob. Since then, it has worked well. I wish the saw was designed so the chain wasn't such a hassle, but I would still recommend it to others. ... show more
