The saw it self works perfectly, I use it to trim the large branches which a regular trimmer fails to cut and this one can easily cut through them, the battery last for more than 30 mins of usage which is way more than enough unless you are a lumberjack! The saw is light and can easily be used by everyone and it is strong enough to cut through big chunk of wood. This is a great little saw. It cuts through branches quickly with no resistance. The chain has stayed sharp, and the battery life is great. The case keeps everything organized, and alternating batteries saves time so I can get my work done faster. After letting my mother use mine, I ordered one for her 81st birthday, she loves it!

This chain saw is a great value and works really well. Battery life is good and the ability to cut tree branches is fantastic. It even comes with spare chains. My only complaint is the lack of an automatic chain oiler. The saw comes with a small plastic squirt bottle for chain oil which requires you to manually oil the chain which is messy and not very convenient.

I used it for the first time today. So lightweight, breezed through a 8', 6" dia storm-dropped Poplar limb! Fully charged battery, only lasted 15 minutes though. Good thing you get 2. Great case with everything needed for easy storage. Love it... so do my neighbors! NC must for frequent severe storm tree damage.

The media could not be loaded. Arrived in a decent state, took it apart and put it back together to ensure it was correctly assembled. Used it twice and chain fell off both times, the tightener became bent. Felt like a cheap alternative to more structurally sound products out there. Got my refund after a couple days. Maybe it was defective but didn’t do the job I bought it for…. Customer service reached out and offered to replace the saw. Although I had already finished the job, I accepted. They were very quick to respond and ship out the replacement, so far so good. The saw arrived today, and I immediately went to try it out. I checked the chain and it was pretty sturdy this time around. I cut through a 1.5in stem from a bush, just to test it, because the last one failed multiple times on a thinner section of this bush. It worked, and the chain didn’t fall off. Very happy with the replacement and the customer service for resolving this issue.
