The saw it self works perfectly, I use it to trim the large branches which a regular trimmer fails to cut and this one can easily cut through them, the battery last for more than 30 mins of usage which is way more than enough unless you are a lumberjack! My only complaint is the lack of an automatic chain oiler. The media could not be loaded. Arrived in a decent state, took it apart and put it back together to ensure it was correctly assembled. Used it twice and chain fell off both times, the tightener became bent. Felt like a cheap alternative to more structurally sound products out there. Got my refund after a couple days. Maybe it was defective but didn’t do the job I bought it for…. Customer service reached out and offered to replace the saw. Although I had already finished the job, I accepted. They were very quick to respond and ship out the replacement, so far so good. The saw arrived today, and I immediately went to try it out. I checked the chain and it was pretty sturdy this time around. I cut through a 1.5in stem from a bush, just to test it, because the last one failed multiple times on a thinner section of this bush.
