It wasn't worth getting my large chainsaw out, and it was a pain using pruners. Well, this was definitely the answer. I was able to get alot of the brush and small trees cleared away, with literally no effort. The package came as described and the product also works as described. I was cutting limbs over 3 inches in diameter with no issue. Very impressed and well worth the purchase price.

My Daughter bought this for me for fathers day! This little guy came fast and well packaged. Having 2 batteries and an extra chain is a super plus! I wanted this unit because our flying field does not have electricity and gas chainsaws are to bulky for tree trimming. Used it this weekend and it did a fantastic job, had to chop up 6 fallen trees from the storm and was able to get them all chopped with 1.5 batteries! I was surprised at the quality and finish for such a reasonable price, I think this unit will last years! It also comes in a great carrying case for storage and portability.

This small and inexpensive saw was a miracle. I was able to cut down 3" limbs effortlessly. I did 10 of them in 15 mins. A must have tool for weekend warrior. Make sure you wear protective gear. The stuff they provide is pretty cheap.

The media could not be loaded. This little chainsaw is a mighty worker love the fact that it came with a lot of items like an extra chain gloves, glasses, two batteries and a case it works great for so many different things when you’re cutting down little trees pruning around the garden, which makes it so much easier You could use it as a slight trimmer as well. But I am very thrilled to have this and I made sure my girlfriend got the same one. Wish you had made pink ones as well. It’s lightweight. You can put the oil in which is a really nice feature plus I always for my chainsaws or anything electric I always have a cleaning spray to help with keeping debris and dust away and keeping the chain operational. It’s a must buy.

First let me be clear. This chain saw did an amazing job. The recent snow storm left a hazard of broken trees in my yard and it made good work of most of it. Batteries lasted long and the cuts were great. Unfortunately, my chain guide didn't survive my first attempt to tighten the chain and now the whole thing is useless. So please be very careful with tightening because I can't find a new chain guide. With proper care, I'm sure this thing is amazing.

Update #5. Received email Sorry for the long wait, I will check your product model. I will send you the same model product Damaged chainsaws do not need to be returned. You can handle it yourself to avoid inconvenience Sincerely sorry again Update #4 I received a package containing one small battery; not the same as the ones in the original product. In addition, I had asked if the battery was supposed to take overnight to charge. I did not request a new battery. The saw itself has a rattle inside. Something in there is broken. I requested a replacement saw and was told a replacement was approved. I didn't get a saw, I got a (incorrect) battery. Photo of the two batteries I received with the product on the left and the replacement battery on the right. Update #3 Product did not arrive when promised. Email I received on the 20th said the product had arrived on the 22nd. It was nonsensical. Update #2: Warranty service was approved and I was notified a replacement product should arrive in 5 to 7 days. Added one more star. Update #1: I got a reply from product support. They requested more information. I sent a video of the rattle. Added one star for timely contact. Something broke or came loose inside the motor housing the second time I used it. The motor still works but there is a rattle inside and I don't trust that it will last. I have emailed the after sales service department and will update this review when I have more information about the warranty service. The batteries may be defective. The user manual states that average charging time is 100 minutes. Even if the batteries are not fully discharged, when charging is started in the afternoon, the indicator light on the charger does not turn green to indicate a full charge until the next morning. This is about 16 hours to charge two batteries. With a sharp blade and fresh batteries this saw cuts well. I had to sharpen the blade after 3 uses and it shows considerable wear. I'm not sure the blades are as hard and tough as they should be. I owned a different brand of 6 inch chainsaw previously and the blades lasted longer. I did buy some replacement blades so the blades will be a minor issue if the replacements last longer.

Excellent product,everything included,2 chains,2 batteries with charge indicators,oiler for chain and easy chain adjustment.The saw cut through 5-6” apple wood with ease and lasted over 30 minutes and it still had plenty of charge.The product came with gloves and protective plastic glasses while the tiny oil container had nothing in it, I suggest useing a light oil for chain. We will see if it holds up and lasts but cut quality was excellent.
