Intelligent packaging. Slim and elegant. Easy to set up. Hard to fit fatter bottles. Works great for Bordeaux types of bottles. To fit wider bottles, I had to put a skinny bottle and a fat bottle oriented in opposite directions. Can’t fit two bottles of Champagne on the bottom rack. The displayed temp seems reliable. Hunted around quite a lot to find the maximum size fridge I could to fit in my pantry. I cut part of the lower shelf out to fit it in perfectly to feel built in. I didn’t want to get a fridge that forced me to also cut the second shelf so I’m glad I found this one. It maximized the amount of drinks I could hold in the smallest footprint for my needs.     • after 21 months does not work. Staigis will not send anyone to fix it. Very disappointed!

After 21 months cooler does not work. Actually, it is more like 18 months because I have been corresponding with the company for about 2 months and they refused to do anything to check the system. I asked for a tech to come out, but I could not find the sales receipt until now. Was bought for me as a gift on my account. I do not think they have anyone to service this unit and are making excuses. I also bought another unit and gave it AWAY AS A GIFT. Person, I gave it to moved with no foreword address so I do not know if that one is still working ... show more
