Be hands free! I would not pump without this product. I do recommend pulling the fabric away from your nipple and arranging the flange of the breast pump part inside of the fabric before resting it on your nipple – it’s a lot more comfortable that way. Make sure you’ve done your research to ensure that your flange is the right size for your body.

I needed a size bigger but I use it anyway cause I really needed it, I like the way it doesn’t leave me with a weird shape like some other pumping bras, be careful not too stretch it too much cause mine stretched the shapers out, my mistake, just be gentle with it and you should be ok.

It is a good one for medela pumping devices. It holds flanges in place. It runs small. I also have a hard time with it because my nipples run to my sides as well as having eczema due to tightness. This is strapless and I like it more that way, no strings rubbing my shoulders. Update: After 3 months this is still my favorite among all the pumping bras, I used it for the belly when not pumping and just pull up when in pump. This works out very well.

This is perfect for hands free pumping with a wall pump. The only downside is it is tight to keep pumps on, and so trying to put on with clip and zipper is a struggle, especially with motn pumping. I’ve just ended up keeping it together and putting it on over my head. I’m 5’3” and 198 right now: pre pregnancy weight was 190. I ordered a large.
