    • So Easy and No Remote Required to Release the Payload
The media could not be loaded. I honestly can't believe how easy this is to set up and use. You just have one screw you tighten to affix the airdrop system to the drone. Charge it up, turn it on, hook up your payload with the included rings and string, and take off. To activate the airdrop, you simply turn on your LED landing light. The benefit of this release mechanism is that your distance isn't hampered by the range of the airdrop's remote. It relies on DJI functionality to trigger the release mechanism. You can see in my video how the light isn't on when taking off, but you can see it on after the cat toy drops. Cool stuff and works very well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a fun little gadget. It's brilliantly made, too. Easy to attach to your Mini 4. To drop, simply activate the landing light. Works great! See the video. It does add a bit to the rear height. See photo. Charge via USB. It does slide apart with some effort to break it down to fit better in your case. I lost a payload prematurely from the bright sun setting off the release. Using foam I cut and placed around the sensor to seal off all unwanted light prevents any premature actuation of the light sensor. Another tip is when flying with the payload you’re unable to descend at a rate of speed that’s acceptable. U must turn off the obstacle avoidance feature in settings and also additionally turn off the underneath sensors found in the advanced settings section. Not turning off these 2 separate settings will make ur drone unable to descend to an optimal position before releasing the payload. ... show more
