fairly easy to assembly, has foam pads at grip points. because the center bar is in two pieces there is movement in assembly during use and the grips are to close together for me. Unit probably better suited for 140lb teenager then 200lb 6ft man.

Sorry to say the bar did fall off the overhand while using. Not sure it was operator error, but I feel the grip could be more compact for smaller doorway hangings so it fits snug.

the assembly for this product was A pain to be quite honest. and when I initially ordered, the package came without any screws, bolts, door frame wedge, and also no assembly instructions. however the product is super cheap, so you pay for what you get truly in this case, one thing that was super cool is since i bought through amazon i had the option to ship it back and get a replacement, and the 2nd time I bought it it had everything required to assemble the product. one thing is I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 200Lbs, especially if you don't have very secure doorframes. however other than that it's a decent, cheap little pullup bar if you want to stay within a small budget and don't mind a bit of a strange assembly. ... show more

Very easy to assemble. Have been using for several months now and no problems at all. The central bar is starting to bend a bit in the middle but still supports my weight. I recommend for quick and easy workouts. Very lightweight so it can be moved around easily for different uses and exercises.
