This chair is great for the price. The cushion on the chair is pretty thick so it makes the chair really comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. If you’re someone who likes to sit up with you’re legs in the chair this is a good choice because of the cushion size, for reference i’m 5’8. The material is good quality, I actually spilled some matcha on the armrest cloth piece and it came off nicely, the material is easy to clean. It comes with a cover to go on the seat cushion that is really cute and soft (make sure you put the cover on before you assemble the chair because you can’t once it’s put together). I personally took the head test off in the picture because I like to see more of my desk but there’s nothing wrong with it, It’s just a personal choice. Also the headrest is adjustable. One thing that could be better is the cushions on the arm rests they’re a little thin so the arm wrests are a kind of hard hard. Overall this was a great purchase, I’d recommend this chair. (assembly took about 30 minutes and the directions were very clear and concise)

This chair looks really nice, feels sturdy, and was easy to assemble. I found it comfortable at first, but soon realized the arm rests and back were too short for me. I'm 5'8" and the armrests were just too low for my arms to be comfortable while at my desk. I really liked that the cushion was wide enough to put my legs up into the chair some, but ultimately I just felt too tall for the chair to be comfy long term. The customer service is prompt and responsive though, a very pleasant experience on that end. They can offer different sized hydraulic cylinders and parts that might solve some fit issues too.

I bought this office chair for my daughter. She is a teenager and we loved that there was such a variety of colors to choose from. She chose the light blue color. The chair arrived in two days. I was really impressed with the instructions and the organization of all the parts. It took about 45 minutes to assemble for one person and it was a pleasant experience. The instructions even included tips on the ergonomic way to sit at a desk and a few exercises. The chair is a really pretty color, rolls smoothly, is well-balanced when assembled, and is very comfortable. It is also suitable for taller people. The lumbar support and headrest are adjustable and there is chair height and tilt control. My daughter is really happy with it and I would highly recommend!

I really love this super comfortable chair! I work between 12 to 16 hour days, 5 days a week. So it definitely gets A LOT of use! It’s really comfortable and it’s got good cushion in the seat. The headrest sits at the perfect height, and the lumbar support sticks out enough to do its job without digging into your back. One of my favorite perks is the arm rests being able to move up, they don’t move around either, they stay put when I move them up. I wiggle and move around a lot, and like to sit cross legged, so that’s extra convenient to be able to move them out of the way, but still have the armrests when I need them. It’s also nice to flip them up when I push my chair in at the end of the day. The pink color is really cute too! Both me and my son got new chairs at the same time, his is a different chair though. He likes mine better and steals it when I’m not working. I have noticed an improvement with the pinched nerves in my shoulders as well (self induced from working in front of the computer so much with bad posture). The customer service was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with! I reached out to activate the warranty, and asked if they had seat covers. I looked at their Amazon shop and tried to find one online, but I was hesitant to get one and it not fit. They were so nice to send me one! They were quick to respond to my emails also. They were great at communicating through the whole process and provided updates. 100% beyond pleased with my chair and the service I received. I will definitely be ordering again the next time I need a new chair, however with the quality of it, I think it’s going to be a while before that!
