I picked up the Milwaukee 48-22-0125G 25 ft Magnetic Tape Measure 2‑Pack and have been really happy with them. The tape feels durable and well-built, and the casing has a solid grip that makes it comfortable to hold while working. The magnetic tip is super useful for grabbing onto metal surfaces, which makes measuring by yourself a lot easier. The blade is easy to read and extends smoothly without feeling flimsy, and it retracts nicely without getting stuck. I also like that this comes in a 2-pack, so you can keep one in your toolbox and one in a different spot (truck, garage, etc.). Not too bad for the money! One of the two tapes split on the measuring tape, seem to be made a little flimsy but overall not to bad of tape measure, all tapes can have their issues sooner or later after a lot of usage.
