Item works as intended. I think they are over priced for what you get. Seems sturdy for now so we shall see how long it last.

Worked great on my babyletto gelato crib in natural color! Color was a perfect match. I had to do some extra work turning the corner posts after disassembling the crib to make sure all the holes aligned. Was pretty easy to figure out on my own. Very happy toddler :)

Color: In Slate/Manor Grey Finish
Works fine on the Slate gray Meadow bed by DaVinci. Satisfied with this purchase. The longest and hardest part was taking down the toddler bed. Directions are short and to the point but pretty straight forward. Took a couple hours in total. Like others mentioned, I doubted the rails would hold due to the small ledge the box spring sits on and being wood not metal like I’m used to but my son and I snuggled on it for a bit and we were fine and I’m a plus size woman. You for sure can’t just use a mattress. It will fall thru. Headboard is a tad shaky. Could be me not screwing bolts tight enough. Will take another look. Rail color matches perfectly with the slate head and foot board.

The negative reviews had me terrified this would be a disaster and I’d regret it, but I bought it anyway because I really really liked the look of the crib we got and wanted to utilize it to convert to a full size. (Crib was the davinci charlie) Maybe it was because we expected the worst but setup really wasn’t that bad at all. We went straight from the crib to this and maybe that helped. My husband did say some holes didn’t line up and he needed his drill to correct that. I’d seen a review that pointed out to make sure the rails were facing the right direction (so the longer side is on the bottom) and that was correct. We got an Amazon low profile full size box spring and a full size mattress and everything fit snug but fits. All in all not a bad experience at all.

Bought this for the davinci charlie 4 in 1 with the connecting changing table/night stand. There is no way for the brackets to fit onto the footboard. It doesn't make any sense. Spent all evening trying to figure this out and came here to read the reviews for any potential clues. One review said you have to add the end pieces to the footboard and then install the brackets. but then that removes one of the legs/corner pieces from the night stand. This is so confusing. I want to just return/sell everything and buy a new bed.

I was satisfied with the quality, fit of the DaVinci Hidden Hardware Twin/Full-Size Bed Conversion Kit (M5789) in White to convert my child’s Storkcraft Carraran Crib to a full size bed. I only used two bolts for the headboard step but with no issue. Looks great!

This made for a beautiful full size bed for my 3 yr old. We needed to add some plywood to support the mattress but I'm sure a box spring would do the trick. This is also a little wobbly, won't last forever but it looks nice.

Works as advertised for the crib conversion. Seems to be overpriced for only 2 pieces of wood. Does not include any bunkie boards and unfortunately, if we knew this was what would be needed for the full bed conversion, would have gone with another crib. But does the job if you purchase the bunkie boards/slats separately.
