No complaints about this mask. I wore it to a couple Halloween events and I’ve never received so many compliments on a costume as this one. One guy even told me with this mask and the rest of the costume It looked like I could have been in the movie. Absoulte must have! I kid you not! Its the exact same mask as from the 1978 movie! Also love the fact that it came with a small halloween cad that stated its a movie mask 1978. Hair looks great as well! yes its a laex mask, so dont expect to walk around for 15min, cuz youll will sweat underneath, as expected of course. Michael Myers 1978 Trick-Or-Treat Studios mask is definitely worth the buy. These particular masks they do average around $60 apiece and in my opinion they are definitely worth it. Because I have a big head I was a little hesitant on how it would actually fit and to my surprise upon looking at it what really took me by surprise was how dark the hair is and I wasn’t a major issue to me it looks fantastic. I tried on the mask and it fits like a charm. If it is absolutely quite well on my head. Now I will tell you this I also have a Trick-Or-Treat Studios version of the 2018 Michael Myers mask and that one does not fit my head or it can be extremely tight if you are force it on your head and I tried it and it is too tight so I don’t actually wear it. There are some discrepancies when it comes to Trick-Or-Treat Studios and their masks as they did have a tendency to have certain flaws as they are in fact mass-produced. Now there are in fact some high and Michael Myers masks that will cause your pretty penny and they are usually handcrafted by individuals. Trick or Treat Studios used to be like the until they got extremely popular and now the area mass-produced. With this in mind there was only really one flaw that I noticed it was in fact the paint scheme underneath the chin was a little yellow. In most cases people will eventually paint their masks as that’s what they do, but for me I will have a problem with the way it looks and looks pretty sitting on my shelf. The quality of the past is definitely spot on it has a decent thickness to so you can apply a little pressure in stretching without actually tearing like a cheap mask would. If you want to invest roughly around $60 in a mask like this it is worth it as it does look pretty decent for the most part. ... show more

I purchased because it was from the “trick or treat” brand, which I had recently tried on at Spirit Halloween. The one I tried on was perfect and fit so well. Thinking I could save $20. I ordered this off of Amazon. What a joke. Not only is this mask ridiculously large. The eyes are slanted. This is not a form fitted full face mask. The slit in part in the back where the neck is, is so wide and cheaply made, there is absolutely no way to talk this in or around to make it fit. It just becomes a floppy flat latex mess. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!!!! Spend the extra $20 and go to Spirit Halloween ... show more

Short answer? Get it. For use or for display, this is the 1978 shape. It is the most accurate I could have asked for. I have wanted the original mask for years and this is everything I ever wanted. “It’s so creepy”- my girlfriend. But everyone’s entitled to one good scare
