This is a very soft and comfy chair. I gave it a 4 because the ottoman does not stay together securely. My 5 year old grandchild sat on it and it fell apart. True to the picture and pretty, fluffy, and comfy. Not too sturdy though. The frame is a round tube whose ends come together by inserting into each other without locking. There is a low amount of overlap where these tubes join and they very easily pull open with any pressure that makes the frame widen and open, such as weight sitting on the chair. When the tubes pull open their edges get exposed inside the fabric that covers them and can easily tear it. This is hard to explain and I hope it’s clear enough, but bottom line, weight above 200 lbs easily makes the frame widen and pull open at the joint. The chair works great for me (I’m 5 ft and on the petite side) but we found about this when my fiancé sat on it and he felt it crack (it was the tubes pulling open). And it sucks to have to tell other people better not to sit on it, especially when it looks so comfy and inviting! ... show more
