Love love love this machine!!! The delivery was a bit rough, but the vendor was very responsive. It was delivered in two packages due to the weight. The first package was just the frame. The second packages had all the assembly parts and accessories. When the second package was delivered, not sure if it was sent to the wrong address because supposedly we rejected it so it was sent back to the warehouse. I contacted the vendor and they contacted to warehouse to ship it out again and they sent me a tracking number. A few days later we received it. As we assembled it the part that connected the dumbbell grenade to the cage frame was too large and didn’t fit. Since I got two packages I received two manuals and noticed there are two different connecting parts. I contacted the vendor stating that we may have received the wrong part that didn’t fit. The responded back same day and sent me a tracking number for the part the next day. We got the part and IT FIT!! The power cage was finally completely assembled, it did take almost a month since I ordered it to it being completely assembled but it’s done! It’s been about 2 weeks now amd I just love it! I don’t use a lot of weight, but my husband benched over 230 and the cage was still very sturdy! Definitely recommend! Be sure to add oil every now and then to the steel parts of the cables and you’re good!

I love this machine! I use it for my home physical therapy and it has great safety options for my physical issues!! I love it so far! Zero complaints. It was pretty easy for my guy to put together , lengthy process for 1 person but can be done. The pieces were not damaged like other reviews stated, lucky us I guess. I had all pieces and great experience over all. Highly recommend, especially if you need safety features for injuries, chronic illness, or working out solo!! Great product!

I purchased this Smith machine/squat rack combo for myself and my teenage sons, and it has been a fantastic addition to our home gym. Assembly was straightforward with all of us working together, and the finished product is impressively sturdy and functional. We opted for the *ultra version* with aluminum pulleys, and it was absolutely worth it—the quality is excellent, and the movement is incredibly smooth and quiet. This machine allows for a wide variety of exercises, and the dual independent pulleys and easy one-hand cable adjustments make it feel like a commercial-grade system. The built-in weight and attachment storage is a great bonus and helps keep everything tidy. **Pros:** * Smooth, quiet Smith bar glide * Versatile range of exercises * Strong, sturdy frame with high weight capacity * Dual pulleys with easy adjustment * Excellent value—much cheaper than comparable models * Integrated storage for plates and accessories **Things to Consider:** * The 2:1 pulley ratio means you'll need to load more weight to feel the resistance (e.g., 150 lbs to feel 75 lbs). This might be a plus or minus depending on your training style. * The included leg hold-down attachment works, but it's mounted to a long spotter arm which positions you farther from the machine during lat pull-downs. It’s functional, just a bit awkward. There’s a better version available on Mikolo’s site and included with the 2.0 model—I wish mine came with that. Overall, this is hands down one of the best values on the market for a Smith/cable combo. It’s solid, smooth, and packed with features. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again.

This was the cheapest option for a full rack with the pulley system I could find. I worried that you may get what you pay for in this situation. I was wrong. If you need the flashy set up your overpriced gym has, this isn’t for you. This is just a functional set up that is all you need to have any free weight set up you need in your home. My major concern was that the dimensions of the frame were not in line with most (Mikolo is 3”x2” most are 2”x2”). Finding accessories is a little harder but I just emailed the manufacturer and they happily provided me what I needed with no issues. I am completely happy with my rack set up and I think my friends that have one way over paid by buying name brand.

Great customer service. It took a while to receive due to UPS damaging one package and losing the second one. I emailed the supplier and they got back to me quickly and sent out new stuff with a different shipper. They also answered all of my many questions. The direction are fairly easy to understand but would have been easier if everything was labeled. You will need your own tools because you can’t use what was sent and if you did it would literally take forever to put together. I’m not a handy person and me and my wife put it together in about 2-3 hours. I’ve only been able to use the rack one but I love it, it’s much better than I expected.

This cage is used everyday by multiple people! Good quality and can do a variety of exercises. Had an issue with the safety bars rusting. Called the company and they shipped replacement bars immediately. Need to maintain the metal on metal contact areas as they may eventually rust. We used a dab of industrial oil so that it removes friction from the metal. Assembly may be challenging for some, but having appropriate tools helps a lot. 2 or more people is needed.

This rack did not dissappoint. Sturdy, easy to assemble and works great. The pulleys had fallen out during shipping, contacted the seller and they shipped them immediately. They were awesome and very responsive. I would definetley recommend.

Comes in 2 boxes, which is fine. They shipped both the 2 of 2 boxes to me, so both had the same pieces leaving me with only half of the rack. I was ok with that at first, figuring I could wait out the rest of the pieces, so I started inspecting what I did receive. 1 of the boxes was clearly used, returned, repackaged, and resent. Washers all over spilling, pizza box cardboard patch job, a full layer of packing tape over the whole thing. Then I get to the pieces. The metal is fairly light, thin Guage. The welds, cuts, assembly. See for yourself. Currently waiting to find out the return process, not as simple as most amazon stuff is.
