This is a great looking wine fridge, and when we get it built-in it will look even nicer. I have noticed that the temperature fluctuates greatly on either side - as much as +/- 5 degrees from where it is set. I'm finding it safest to leave both sides at 55, which kind of defeats the purpose of having two zones. It also cycles fairly loudly (hoping once its built in that will dampen it a bit), and often. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but given the expense would have liked a bit more reliable temperature for my wine. If you're picky about that or paying big bucks for bottles, you might want to keep searching. ... show more

    • Doesn’t hold separate temps well
It is beautiful, but noisy. We keep my reds on one side and my husband’s beer on the other and I still haven’t found the magic temps that will stabilize my reds at 55 degrees. Each side has its own thermostat, but adjusting one will affect the temp on the other side. Maybe the wall between is too thin? We originally set my side at 55 and his on 39 and woke up to 40ish degrees on the wine side. I’ll keep playing with the numbers and hopefully will find a happy medium. ... show more

    • DO NOT BUY THOR!
We purchased a THOR wine cooler in March 2021, it's now August 2021. We just go an F1 error code. The manual says to call customer service for servicing. I call and was told the cooler is under warranty for two years, but only for parts. I will have to pay to have a service technician come over and pay for any additional time beyond the initial service call. Really?!!! What kind of warranty is that? DO NOT BUY THOR appliances, you will be very sorry! ... show more
