Although this double air fryer is beautiful, it heats and functions well and easy to use. This review is more about the customer service I received. I had my air fryer one and a half to two months before I even opened it because I was remodeling my house. once I opened it, I discovered that the top left side of the upper basket would not close so I couldn’t use it due to the display registering open all the time. Hello ladies, it was well past the return date so I contacted MIDEA customer support. upon telling them the issue I had, they asked me to take a picture of the serial number and send it to them. Once they receive that serial number, they sent me a shipping label to return the defective one. And immediately after that, sent me a brand new perfect one. They gave me the best customer support for product that I’ve ever had!! Thumbs up to MIDEA.

This air fryer is only takes up slightly more space than our old one while having so much more space inside. The tray in the bottom is easy to clean and great for foods that might leave grease or other residue if cooked in a normal air fryer. The basket in the top has great volume. The air fryer is also surprisingly quiet. We've been using it for the last year or so and it's been fantastic.

Had it for 14 months. Worked well. The bottom is really just a toaster oven, which I didn’t use much. The top I used to Airfry. The capacity is great and I used it almost everyday. The turn food reminder is a great feature, however, the open/close switch stopped working so the air fryer continued to run while I was turning the food. Unfortunately, the warranty is only 12 months. I didn’t use the bottom much so I’ll probably get one without that feature.

This particular air fryer has a dual chamber. I really enjoyed the broiler option So many foods can be prepared. Can be controlled via Wi-Fi so you have to connect that to your network then to your phone. Lets you know when the food is done very easy to use. This has become indispensable and a daily use item in my kitchen. Easy to clean The unit is a little big but that's to be expected For something that will cook efficiently. Doesn't get too hot on the outer case. The display is intuitive and easy to use. I really enjoyed setting up the cook times so the food is ready at the same time which can be done over the phone app. Recommended brand and recommended product!

The media could not be loaded. Can’t see the display never tried to use it. Description pictures show it lit up. Tried looking for a way to change brightness, but couldn’t find one. Definitely returning it asap. UPDATE: I returned it and got my refund, then the company contacted me and offered to send me a free one. AWESOME. I thought this is a great company. I got the new one and the display lights up a lot better. I tried it several times and ways to give a thorough honest review. I love the bottom tray. It is perfect for Bacon 375 for 9 minutes, and sausage links from frozen 400 for 9 minutes. The controls are a little confusing at first, you find yourself turning the knob when you are supposed to push. A magnetic or sticker that gives suggested settings would be an great add on. BUT BUT BUT there is one problem. IT STINKS. I can't use it in the house. I believe it is the metal or the teflon coating but it produces what I believe is a toxic odor. I've been told by others that the odor would kill a parakeet (No proof to that, never tested). I have cleaned it several different times, several different ways, but to no affect. I had to take it too the garage to use it to see if the smell went away. It Doesn't. I'm sorry Midea but I cannot recommend this product just because of the smell. It is currently back in the box as I try to figure out what to do with it.
