  • Perfect for a home office - granted to aren't over a size 36 mens.
Size: High Back Color: Dark Brown
TL:DR at the end. The inspiration for purchase: I ordered this office chair as part of turning a spare bedroom into an office/gaming room. Along with this product, I purchased a desk, two side tables, shelving, a computer monitor and scooter wheels for this chair. I was going for an industrial/leather vibe, and this chair jumped out to me out of the 2,000+ options on amazon. The combination material, color and price point sold me. This chair won out of 10 I had on a wish list. Packaging: 5/5 This chair arrives in a very sizable box. The chair was tightly secured in styrofoam. The box did have some slight damage, but the chair remained intact! (Note, this damage is not on Amazon's part, as it was delivered by FedEx). The chair only has a handful of pieces, so I was glad it was so tightly packaged opposed to anything floating loosely. The hardware and instructions also come packaged in plastic. Assembly: This chair was VERY easy to put together. it took me about 20 minutes, and I did so by myself. The instructions were very clear, and the hardware came packaged and labeled for an even easier assembly process. Support/feel: This chair was surprisingly comfortable. After 6 straight hours of sitting in it for work, I was never once displeased with the design of this product. The cousin has support, while also allowing for some give so you sort of "sink into" the chair. However, it is NOT the most "puffy" chair I have ever sat in. I tend to prefer chairs on the harder side. It isn't memory foam by any stretch of the means. The seat also has these wide "wings" on either side that support your thighs, which also feel very nicely. HOWEVER, this is the ONE downside to this chair - this design does NOT allow for anyone who is on the larger side to sit on this chair - it does not have any way to move these. So if you are any larger than say, a size 38 waist, it MIGHT be worth it to look elsewhere for a chair. Although I sit comfortably, my father (who is a bit larger) cannot fit. In fact, before my recent diet (down 50lbs), I am not sure I would have fit. See pictures to see what I am talking about. Look/design: (see attached photos) Beyond the above complain, this chair checks EVERYTHING else off the list. The dark brown faux-leather looks great. The orange stitching also adds a subtle and smart pop-of-color that is not too strong or too much. The material is very comfortable and does not get too hot. The chair also has an option to lock the back in place, OR allow it to lean back. The lean is very deep and surprisingly comfortable. After a few hours in the chair, I will unlock it to lean back and I boy, oh, boy - my back cracks like a glowstick! Of note, there is no variable lumbar-support. If you require extra support, you would either need to get something after-market or look for another chair. Although this does not bother me - if you have a bad back, this chair is not for you. Pros: Great look Easy Assembly Great price point Amazing for "chair leaners" Thin wheel/stand profile, appears to take up less space Cons: No adjustable lumbar support Arm rests only have one height/non-adjustable Not very wide - not for anyone who is on the thicker side Final thoughts: I believe this chair was the best bang for my buck. Purchased for looks, keeping for comfort. I would give this a 4.6 if possible, as the size restrictions does not make any sense. As this is not an issue for me, I say it is a keeper! ... show more

  • Statement Piece
Size: High Back Color: Brown
I had some issue getting the arms level with each other but, otherwise, this was very easy to assemble (1 hr max). The chair looks perfect, just like the picture. I'm at the max wt capacity for the chair. However, it's still comfortable and sturdy, even working 8 hrs a day. Unfortunately, it does have the occasional loud squeak and the adjustable seat can sink slowly. Overall, I'm still happy with my purchase. ... show more

  • More Comfortable Than Tesla Model 3 Seats
Size: High Back Color: Brown
Its like a cloud. Im 6' even, 190lbs. Not at all for "small framed" people as other reviews suggest. It is a standard seat width. The rollers are nice and wide so no way of falling over. This reclines so freakn much! And its like a cloud on my a** when I sit on it. Compared to the flimsy 50-60$ office chair that would tip over for anything and who's seat fell flat in less than a year, this is a dream. The brown pleather and stitching looks great and the overall quality is superb. It was well worth the $199. ... show more

  • Hard & uncomfy after regular (but reasonable) use
Size: High Back Color: Brown
The look of the chair is great, but it is now rock hard and uncomfortable after regular, reasonable daily use for a period of time that is far too short for an office chair. It also does not stay in the lifted position anymore. Unable to return or get help - be careful!

  • Classy Chair at an Affordable Price
Size: High Back Color: Dark Brown
Great chair so far. I wanted to leave a review for the people that like more vintage looking things. It took 10 minutes to assemble. It's very comfortable at provides some good lower back support. I'm 6' tall and the top of the chair touches the middle of my neck. The recline function is really smooth and comfortable. The brown coloring of the chair is very tasteful. Think, 1920s explorer. The stitching is "orangey" which I wasn't expecting but I hope it will fade over time. ... show more

  • Fair for light use // Not for all-day, every day.
Size: High Back Color: Dark Brown
Purchased this guy to work from home. If you get online to read about office chairs you will quickly become overwhelmed, as everyone has a different opinion, is trying to pedal their junk, or whatever. I've been sitting on office furniture for almost 40 years, so will try and give an honest unbiased take. The chair came in a pretty standard box, and everything was found well wrapped and secured. No damage on this when it was unpacked. Assembly is very straight forward, and the average person should be able to assemble with the included tools in less than an hour. The chair has a bit of weight to it, and the pieces feel good quality, with no real visible plastic and most parts being fake suede and metal. The stitching around each cushion looks good, and while padding on the back isn't perfect (head rest area is a big flat initially) it does seem to exceed the price point. The chair offers a reclining motion, which is nice and can be adjusted for tension or locked out all together. For the money, the chair is very supportive and offers good bolster and lumbar. Some may find that the seat is too long, but I (at 5'10") personally dont care if I can flat foot the floor- which I can with the chair leveled with my desk. Swivel function is smooth, and the hydraulic feels decent. Time will tell The padding is firm but supportive- which is nice if you plan to sit in it for hours on end for days on end- which I am. The arm rests have a bit of physical adjustment in-and-out while assembling, so you can kinda tailor the area to fit your size. I put mine in the middle, and at 191# feel I could have drawn them all the way in. Back support is good and non intrusive. You can move around in the pan area of the seat and gain support from the bolster, of if the type that sits with a pillow you could do this as well. I cannot speak on longevity, or how the suede will weather but right now for taking a shot in the dark and buying off looks I give this a gold star. I'll update as this goes along into my adventures. -*/-*/-*/-*/ UPDATES \*-\*-\*-\*- 1 Month Update: Comfort: Chair has been broken in. Padding is still supportive and holds its new shape. Arm pads have broken down a bit. Material looks as new. 9/10 Durability: Chair remains stationary on the floor, however there is now a slight wobble. Hydraulic ram bleeds down about 1" a week. All bolts remain tight. Had to tighten rocking spring a bit. 7/10 Current opinion: Satisfactory- still 4/5 stars 2 Month Update: Comfort:Back support is still good, padding in most of the seating area has settled. Arm pads have completely warn down on padding (even after taking care). Material is starting to show use. A bit of darkening. 8/10 Durability: Wobble has become more pronounced, still not a deal breaker. Bolts have remained tight. 7/10 Current Opinion: Not a terrible chair. 4/5 stars 3 Month Update: Comfort: Back support has become solid, padding has pretty much firmed up at this point. Arm pad foam is shot, The exterior is good as I've attempted to try and take care of it. 7\10 Durability: Wobble is worse, exterior shows ware. Bolts are tight. 7/10 Current Opinion: Its not trashed. 3.5/5 stars 4 Month Update: Comfort: None. Back support has become uninspiring- Flat. Back has started to hurt. Arm Pad foam is shot. Exterior has continued to hold up. 6\10 Durability: Wobble is pretty bad- still usable, still stationary. Ram still bleeds down. Bolts have remained tight except for arms. Current Opinion: While $250 isn't cheap, it seems to be too cheap for a chair you'll use every day. ... show more
