First, this cover is not as wide as they say. Measuring the inside diameter of the cover, it comes out to less than 11”, so if your plates are large this won’t cover them. As far as the height of the cover, it is higher than the one I had before. It is sturdy and has easy to use vents on top. I wash my covers by hand and it’s a snap.
