It got to me and tried to power it on. It would not load windows. AI said it may be an internal firmware or a component inside not booting up correctly. It looked great on the outside. If I spent $1000 on something it better work on the first try. I immediately sent it back same day and sucked it up and bought a brand new one as everyone else should. I love this computer/tablet. I have been using it for almost 2 years. now and I do animation, video creating and editing, class, adobe aftereffects, photoshop drawing and reading on it. I also plug in my Nikon D3300 and do stop motion animation on it using the software dragonframe. If you are a creative person, I highly recommend this tablet.
