Snapdragon just is not Intel. Received the unit in one day. Very nice and very much a Surface Pro. I am a bit disappointed though that the processer makes this unit a bit questionable for some PC applications. I use Netgear Bit Defender on all my Windows computers as well on Android devices. I happily downloaded Netgear VPN on this and was greeted with a NOT COMPATIBLE with the Snapdragon ARM64 processor. Microsoft did a great job of porting Windows 11 to ARM64 but there are other subtle problems. Not a game changer but desktop wallpapers do not work reliably especially in slide show mode. The desktop wallpaper simply cannot be sequenced easily if they change at all. Overall, despite other ARM64 incompatibilities I am very satisfied with the machine. It does what I want very quickly as it should, but it seems that the ARM64 processor will never be an Intel processor or much more than a very good emulator of my previous Surface Pro Intel based machine. I am fearful that I will run into more incompatibilities with software I install. This should have been a 5 star review but I cannot get myself to add one star. ... show more

This review is about the business pin that came with this bundle. Apparently the pen just jitters is not working at all. It’s a piece of junk. The surface pro seems to be nice, but the pin was what I really wanted for the artistic ability which is not working.     • Once you get locked out of your computer there is NO getting back in. Ever!
I will never purchase MS hardware again. I have had it less than a year and it worked fine. Then one day I could not log into my computer as it claimed Im locked out because of to many attempts. Tried again next day then waited 7 days tried again then waited a month. Same thing. Try talking to someone at MS good luck. AI tells me it can help by sending me a link to change my password. Did that on another computer and still cant get into the Surface pro. Next AI help was that someone from MS would call me. waited 2 weeks no call. So I went with the repair route. MS AI says no problem it is under warrantee we will send an email with the details. Get an email that says sory we cant give you a label or even an address of where to send it. I have never been locked out of my computers that I purchase for home and for work in 25 years. ... show more
