An in-depth analysis of analog devices with lots of examples. It's worth it over the pdf as studying will require a lot of switching between chapters. In an updated edition, I would like to see a couple more pages on the topic of discrete amplifier cascading with discussion on their transfer functions. My first copy had a defective binding and the index section pulled out, shown in the first photo. Amazon quickly replaced my copy. My reason for four stars instead of five was Amazon's shipping packaging. The original and replacement both had cosmetic damage to the cover of the book. Expect dented corners on your hardcovers when ordering from Amazon. I was disappointed by Amazon's lack of padding in their shipping box considering that Amazon has much experience in book shipping. ... show more

Electrical engineering classes can be rough, but this is the best engineering textbook I have ever used. I genuinely don't think I could've made it through the class without it.
