This heater is absolutely amazing! It lets us enjoy perfectly warm water for swimming even when the sun goes down. I set it to 85 ℉, and it actually hit that temperature—no problem. Because of this, we’ll definitely be able to extend our swimming season into the fall. One thing to note: the unit is heavier than I expected. Unfortunately, it arrived with some minor damage, likely due to shipping. BUT—the company was fantastic. We reached out, and they responded quickly and positively. They sent us a replacement with no hassle.

Says rated for 5k gallons, no. It will probably warm up a kiddy pool. I have a pump that moves about 1000 gph pump and it’s only 4500 gallons. This pump is rated for 524 gph and the water is 72 degrees going in from the pool and 76 degrees being pumped back in. So it’s heating 4 degrees. It will not keep up. Outside temperature in 82 degrees. So no not worth the hassle. Quality feels like a clunky window air conditioner. It’s does run quite other then the fan guard vibrating away. Not worth the money.

So easy to install and operate—just hook up the water pipe and plug it in. I even lost the manual, but their after-sales support got back to me super fast with help.

Works better than expected! Super easy to install. With the outside temp at 68°F and the pool at 86°F, it’s been great. I’d recommend adding a pool cover too—it’ll help with heating and insulation, so the kids can swim for extra months.
