I love this set of pans. I think they are the best pans I have ever owned to date. I suggest this set to anyone who enjoys cooking. You don’t need to use high flame with these pans they get extremely hot with a smaller flame.

Was replacing tfal (I love but heavy and not oven safe) I love this set but….The lids are not universal. They should be for a set. One lid is ill fitting and I wish the sizes were larger in the 15 piece like they are in the 10 piece set so I still kept my stock pot and a 12 inch skillet. Adjust heat a little lower and use less oil or butter in these pans than I do In tfal . They are super light weight and dishwasher safe. I cook a lot so it was a tough decision to switch. They are different but I’m liking them for everything so far.

I was so excited when I first received these. They are lightweight and pretty. However, after less than a year of use, the bottom interior the stock pot (rarely used) and the 10" skillet (used almost daily) seemed to lose whatever coating they had. Then the darker "stone" spots in these 2 pots appeared to have moisture oozing out of them after the pots had been washed and dried. I should have stopped using them then, but I didn't. I noticed last night while heating cooking oil in the larger skillet, the oil turned dark as soon as it began heating. This doesn't happen in the smaller skillet which is used daily, but still seems to have it's coating. I guess you get what you pay for. I've had them for 2 years now, but the issues started after about 10-12 months of use. I'll be throwing the 2 defective ones out, and will probably just replace the entire set with another brand soon. For the record, these have only been washed by hand and have never seen the inside of a dishwasher.
