Got the scooter and put it together fairly easily. Took several places and it performed very well. Took to places with gravel and it did well there also. Has yet to run down the battery at all and one ride was a couple miles. Still on full! Always bring it home and recharge the battery. Is fairly light and breaks down nicely. Seems to be exactly what I wanted and needed. Compared to others the price was very reasonable. Couldn’t be happier!!

This scooter comes almost fully assembled. It also had a full battery when we unpacked it. I plugged in the charger as directed but it took it only 5 min max to show fully charged on the charger. I just had ankle surgery and will be non wt bearing for 8 weeks, then partial wt bearing for another 4. It arrived early, supposed to be here between the 24 and 30 but arrived Fed Ex on the 20th which was a great surprise. They unpacked it for me last night and some friends took it down my front steps this morning. It had no issues going across my front yard (Bermuda grass) and heading up my driveway. Took it up the street, it was so much fun to be able to get outside. My knee walker is great for inside but I'm really looking forward to go out shopping and anything else I want to do. The scooter looks really good. I ordered the max sport because it advertised as having 40% more room for your feet. Since that was the compliant on many of the scooters, I felt the additional space was a necessity. The scooter is easy to use, the seat is very comfortable, has good power. The added phone/cup carrier is nice. I love it. Can't speak to the longevity of the battery yet but looking forward to riding while others are walking the neighborhood. My only compliant is I thought I was purchasing an American made product. It brings a cute American flag and pole that attaches to the scooter but the box clearly has Made in China on the box. Seems like many that I considered came from China so that definitely is not a deal breaker just a little misleading. I certainly think this was the best choice for me. I'm very happy with it so far!!

This is a great scooter. All my buddies with Pride scooters are jealous. We live in a rural area. Ruff pavement, dirt roads, etc. I love the ride, and the traction, compared to foam solid tires. Ground clearance is great. My favorite scooter or chair and I have 2 electric chairs and 4 electric scooters.

When my scooter arrived couldn’t wait to try. Ran great but then it couldn’t hold a charge. Contacted Metro Mobility customer service right away. Their response was quick. They had me take pic of the wiring but not problem. It drove me crazy with the loss of charge so I could not rely on. After back and forth they said they ordered their factory to ship a new battery. The only thing is that a ups label was created but sat there. I finally emailed and they shipped. Took another 4 days to arrive. The new battery was the cure. Scooter holds a full charge for a long time. Other than not being able to use the scooter for almost two weeks, customer service did a fine job of taking care of the problem (of course, never fast enough for the customer). I love the scooter. Would recommend buying.

So far it looks great. arrived before due date. Only got to ride it one time before it started raining so the one time i rode it it was great. easy to handle speed is great can go over speed bumps as long as you go slow. pictures are a little misleading as far as putting it in the back of a car. Even if the battery is out it seems pretty heavy to put in a standard trunk, maybe a SUV. lights are good people can see you if you are out at night. horn is not very loud. After i try if for a while i'll know better It looks like a great utilitu scooter

I love this scooter! It can be easily loaded into the trunk of my car. My old powerchair weighs 275 pounds and my husband was having a hard time loading it. This one only weighs 105 lbs. I saw this scooter and thought I'd give it a try. I have other issues than mobility. I love that I can angle the tiller towards my legs more so that I can rest my arms. It's quite zippy! It says 4.9 MPH but it seems much faster. It doesn't really matter but now I can keep up with my husband when he goes on walks instead of slowing him down. I've taken it on pavement, sidewalks, and even on our groomed trails in our fields. I also love that I can pivot the seat so that if I'm having a particularly difficult day it makes it easier to get up. This is one of the best purchases I could have made!
