Flush mount for 2017 Ford Escape SE with a new head unit. I had the 4.2" non-touchscreen and I think that is the only model it works with. Only complaint is my wire harness didn't click into place for the emergency flashers but I just ran some electric tape around the female side so it had a pressure fit then duct taped it once it was in place and it's fine. Talked to them on the phone and they didn't have an exact fix yet but said they had heard some people needed to also duct tape it in place but most people did not. ... show more

Turned out great. As instructions mentioned, had to remove highlighted piece to fit double din radio. Instructions are very good to taking the dash apart. I used a Dremel to get the piece in the way out. If you are curious what radio I used, it was a 2000 NEX Pioneer. When fitting the radio and radio mounts in you may have to bend a little depending on space on both sides from what you cut out. ... show more

This is so much better than the stock radio, but if this would be the first thing you ever put a double din in, you are not going to have a good time. I’ve installed over 100s of different radios in 100s of different cars and this one is by far the hardest vehicle I had to deal with. What I’m about to say has nothing to do with the dash kit nor effects my judgment but buyer be warned, you can not find a wire diagram ANYWHERE and I personally wasn’t able to find a Ford Escape 2015 wire harness for the stock button radio. I give the dash kit 5 stars because it is very nice and color match perfectly the issue I had installing the double din had nothing to do with the dash kit ... show more

Did NOT fit my 2013 Ford Escape then I had to pay $25 to return it and never even got my refund!!!! Wrote to them and can’t get anyone to answer me!

    • FORD SYNC OUT -- METRA DASH KIT IN!
Excellent quality dash kit. It perfectly matches the interior color and fits lite it's supposed to. I removed that awful Ford Sync system in my 2013 Ford Escape and installed a Pioneer deck in its place. It looks like a factory install and I couldn't be happier.
