    • Finally, significant relief from sudden-onset diarrhea!
I am a senior, and for the last few years have developed frequent and intense need for a bathroom with virtually no notice. Naturally, this has become a serious limiter for my ability to get out and/or socialize due to fear of not being able to make it to the bathroom in time, especially on road trips. I saw this fizzy version with B12 as well, and tried it. Using a half-heaping teaspoon once a day in a regular sized drinking glass over the last week, it has made a major difference! Stools were normal again instead of loose and watery, the frequency of bathroom trips diminished from 4-5 a day down to about 1 a day, and my body is giving me a LOT more time and control to react to the bathroom need urge. It isn't pushing me into constipation territory either. For me I wanted to start off slowly to avoid potential over-reactions, but I'm finding that lower dose put me in a sweet spot right away; I have minimal (normal) gas, no bloating or cramps. For now, I don't see me changing the dose unless something changes as my body adapts long-term. In the glass, I've found it has some thick patches and has a bit more smoothie-like in its texture (usually floating at the top or sitting at bottom of the glass, so stir well) while the rest is pretty much like a regular drink. it has a pleasant orange flavor, very easy to use (scoop out the desired dose, put in glass, add water, stir, drink), and is effective enough that I've been able to get out of the house a lot more these last two days with zero urges to run to the bathroom (a night/day difference for me). Given the size of this container and the dose I'm using, I think it's reasonable to believe I'll be using this container for a long while, which makes it a great value to me. This has been a life-enhancing product that is restoring my confidence that I can get out and about again without fear of an episode. ... show more

    • Their other flavors without fizz are great...but not this one (My honest opinion).
Now I know why this one was so cheap! The taste was not pleasing to me at all... I threw it away. However, I do love their other lines, with the berry flavor being the best! Orange is good too but to obtain the best flavor, 2 spoons are required (for me anyways). Also, the berry flavor (while only taking 1 spoon) is even better tasting if you add a little lemon juice to it. Finally, I read that adding lemon juice to water helps to prevent kidney stones! Who knew! This is a good product but I think they went to far trying to add "fizz".... the effect was negative while the previous products are great! ... show more

Works well. Prefer the “fizzy” formula over all others. I recommend adding powder to your cup, fill 30-50% with cold water, then use a small handheld milk frother to blend. It’ll “foam” then settle, add you can add more water. (If you fill the whole cup with water right away it’ll overflow when it foams up.) I prefer to drink it quickly, before it starts to thicken into a heavy gel/paste. 3 star rating for 2 reasons: 1) Strongly dislike the food coloring! 2) They recently changed container size and shape. It used to be a 29oz cylinder, now it’s 43oz and more like a tub. The new format is too large for my kitchen vitamin drawer + too wide and heavy to grab with one hand. (I’ve included side by side pics here - didn’t think to take them until I’d already removed the 43oz label for recycling.) I saved my last 29oz canister and I’ve been decanting powder from the 43oz, keeping the 43oz in pantry storage. ... show more
