I was immediately impressed with this cover upon opening it. It is really heavy duty, made of a heavy canvas type fabric and double stitched. It's too soon for me to attest to its durability, but I know it will outlast my previous cover, which was more plasticky and only lasted one season. I love that this cover has the buckled straps that fasten on the chair legs so it doesn't blow away. It also has draw strings to tighten it at the bottom. Between those two features, it stays nice and securely in place. It also has handles to help maneuver it in place, which is helpful because it's so large. It is totally waterproof, but is vented to help prevent moisture build up since it is open around the bottom. This is a worthwhile investment to protect your outdoor furniture from the elements and worth every penny. I highly recommend it.

First, I am super happy how big this is. I have a frontgate half circle outdoor furniture set and this cover at 138 inches, totally fits and covers everything with ease. The cover feels substantial as if it will protect and be waterproof. Super happy as of today. And yes it has been waterproof!
