I’m 5’2” and still have to shimmy in/out. But I use it a lot, it’s relaxing and I go into a “twilight” for a while. When I come out, I then I’m warmed up and ready to stretch and do a little workout. Helps with aches and pains and makes my skin glow.

I am glad that I got mine from this company through Amazon. It works very well and they answered my questions promptly. If you want different color than white, they have a lavender looking one on their website- healthmatesauna.com. I wish I knew that before I ordered my white one. Oh well, I still like what I got :). No assembly needed. It heats up in no time and I sweat a lot. When I am not using, it becomes my cats’ favorite hiding spot. I am happy with my purchase. Thank you!

The product description shows 110-150 degrees Fahrenheit for a range, but then the diagrams show 266 degrees Fahrenheit which is completely insane and false. Customer reviews show 90 Celsius so the numbers are all over the place I don't even know how I can buy if I don't even know what the temperature is.

Very comfortable and toasty. Love the minimalist feel. We have a smaller home and this fits very nicely in our office. The only "negative" is that there is a bit of a plastic smell once it gets warm. Really hoping that eventually goes away. Other than that, very happy with the product. Especially for the price. Shipping was super quick.

I’ve had mine for about 6 months now and still love it. I wanted to get a more space saving sauna before I invested in a full size one. I have never liked saunas but I feel great using this one and I like that I can lay down and relax and not have to sit up the whole time. It’s definitely been a great addition to my health routine.
