I am 6'1", 220lbs and this chair is plenty big enough for me. It is comfortable and feels like I am getting good support. It does need to be assembled, but the pieces are well marked and it was relatively easy to put together (took me about 20 minutes)-though the instructions could be printed larger to make the process easier. You can adjust the height of the seat and the headrest (up/down & backward/frontward). The arms can be flipped up if they are in the way and they include cushy armrest covers if you want a little extra cushion there. The all mesh back and headrest helps to reduce a build up of body heat when sitting for an extended period. This was easy for me to put together. It came with all the tools needed to do so. It’s super comfortable for me. I love the ability to adjust the seat for my height. The arm rest are nice and cushioning and can be raised out of the way if needed. The headrest is also adjustable, the mesh backing makes for cool sitting and no body heat build up. I like mesh chairs because it keeps me cool through out the day while I am sitting in the chair working. I don't have to worry about getting up time to time to cool my bottom off. This office chair has a mash back, and a padded seat. Other options come with both a mash seat and back… Or… A padded seat and back. It is all really a personal preference. But I like the mash back so that your back does not sweat. Not a ton of padding on the seat, but it works for this type of chair. Assembly is fairly easy and straightforward. I like that the arms not only raise and lower, but they also have padding which most arms on office chairs do not.
