The product is sturdy, easy to use but the instructions are very poor, they want you to contact on their website with mandatory email Id to help you even for matters like, “why the hell does it keep beeping?” Found online that it needs calibration. Can’t it not be in the instruction manual? Absolutely no follow up from the seller. Poor job on instruction manual. Battery life is not what it says. I’m keeping it as my kid likes it and uses indoor. This is definitely not for outdoor use. It keeps beeping in irritating way if you go slightly faster, whereas other hoverboards kids use don’t. ... show more
