This table originally arrived in two shipments (table and chairs came separately). The table had a gash through the top of it; it looks like the box was dropped in transit. Also, one of the legs on the bench looked like it had been chewed through by termites. Customer service sent a replacement and they picked up the damaged product. The process was quick and relatively painless. Kudos to Amazon Customer Service for that. I've been looking for a kitchen table for about a year now. I couldn't find a style that fit my budget. Every other brand I've looked for, the shipping cost has been half the cost of the table itself. Amazon covers the shipping on this one which is a plus! FYI assembly is required. It's not complicated, just time consuming. Having said that, just about any table you purchase will require assembly. The assembly was pretty straight forward. This table looks sharp, it's sturdy, and the quality is great. The chairs are comfortable (my cat especially loves them). This is a great table; you won't be disappointed.

I have never bought a major purchase online. Reviews certainly helped. Purchase came in two separate , heavy boxes. We are in the snow/storm belt in northeast Ohio. Both boxes were damaged BUT the table/chairs were so well protected , there was no damage to items themselves!! Table was very easy to assemble ; only kegs had to be attached. But at 72, I needed my son to help upright. The chairs were more time consuming. I was able to do most of assembly , till I ruined drill bit ….. a younger person can give all screws & bolts a better torque than I could. Chairs are light , but rubber wood legs should give longer stable life . I am very pleased with the purchase.

A una de mis sillas les falta un tornillo, por lo cual está un poco floja en la parte de la espuma. Y respecto a las patas de la mesa, creo que le falta más soporte, la mesa es muy pesada solo para 8 tornillos.

We desperately needed a new dining room table and chairs and we’re on a budget. This set is functional, comfortable, stylish, beautiful and affordable. It is easy to clean with just a damp cloth. We’ve gotten lots of compliments!

We bought this hoping it would last us years. Less than a year in and one of the chairs legs split in two. It looks super pretty but its definitely not worth it if its going to break less than a year in. That chair is totally unusable. It was definitely easy to assemble and the size was perfect for our space.
