The bike took about an hour to put together. Mine might have been a previous return, the screws and bolts were already in place, except for a few floating in the box. I had a tricky time adjusting the seat and height but once you figure it out it's easy. Pedaling is amazingly quiet. The arm bands do make a noise. I live alone so I can't say if it's distracting or terrible, I could still hear the TV just fine. I am pretty out of shape these days. I rode it for 10 to 15 minutes and my heart rate was up. I've got arthritis in my knee so I got this to be able to work out with little impact. I'm excited that I think it's going to work out well!

I bought this bike because I had been experiencing some pain in my feet and needed to take a rest from running for a while. I have a very small home with four boys and a total of six people. I was looking for something that I could talk into the corner and could even fold up if necessary but that was also quiet so that I wouldn't wake up the family with early morning exercise. This bike is super quiet and takes up a minimal footprint in the home. It's small enough I can even fit it in my very cramped bedroom. It took me about an hour to assemble and I did it by myself. My only con is probably the fact that the shelf for a book or tablet is very small and if you're not careful when you place a book or tablet on the shelf you can inadvertently press the power button and it will reset the screen, and therefore your time and mileage. Such a small calm for so many more pros. Also the price point was perfect

I am 6'3" and weigh 312 lbs and when riding this bike it is completely solid and shows no signs of weakness. When pedaling it is so quiet it reminds me of a electric car when you have to ask if the motor is running or not. The quality and craftsmanship exceeds my expectations by far. I highly recommend this product. Easy installation and takes up very little space when stored. Do yourself a favor and don't pass this one up.

I put this together in about an hour all by myself. It seems pretty sturdy and the seat is way more comfortable than my last exercise bike. The only thing I don't like about this bike so far is the button for the display being right in the middle. I've already reset my information once because of this.
