I bought this elliptical machine to increase my movement. The machine runs smoothly and silently. Removed from packaging, added batteries to the controller, plugged it in, and it was ready to go. It does pause after 15 minutes of being on or in use and you have to use the controller to reset. I gave it a four star review because the power cord is too short if you want to use it in your living room sitting on a sofa or side chair while watching tv.

So- just being upfront. I’m overweight and tall (about six feet tall). This machine has been super helpful. I hate cardio. Like absolutely 100000% hate cardio because it bores me. Oh let me also mention I have ADHD. This machine has been an amazing addition to my desk job routine. A lot of people probably think “why does it run automatically for you what’s the point in that”. Have you tried multitasking and super focusing on what you’re doing and then you realize that you are not moving your feet on your little under desk machine? Well here you go. This is perfect for that. It does not kick my knees up super high at all- so my knees are not hitting my desk. You can set the pace you want and it auto shuts off after 15 minutes. This has been a great addition to my daily routine
