This equipment is definitely designed for users with an existing strength or fitness foundation. The resistance level is much higher than I expected, and even after trying several different techniques and stances, I found it difficult to use effectively. For anyone who enjoys a challenging workout or needs heavier resistance training, this will absolutely deliver — but it may be overwhelming for beginners. Assembly was fast and straightforward. All of the pieces aligned well, the materials feel sturdy and durable, and the overall construction is solid enough for repeated use. I also appreciated that the package includes both clear assembly instructions and multiple suggested ways to use the equipment so you can get the most out of it. While I personally plan to pass it along to someone who can handle the higher resistance, I can say the product does exactly what it advertises. If you have the strength for this level of equipment, it offers a serious workout and appears built to last. ... show more
