Works well, good value. Would have liked seeing a booklet of exercise routines included. It is well designed and of significant weight to feel durable for the long haul. Extremely easy to adjust. Resistance over a wide spectrum. With attached retaining clip to store it closed there’s no loose cap to lose.

This product is so good it forced me to leave a positive review. I am so happy with the results. I workout 4-6 times a week and rarely feel like I got a good workout. This thing kicked my butt in the best way. My chest is pumped and sore, feels good.

Having tore up my shoulder lifting weights. My doctor sent me to physical therapy. I got a cortisone shot and several pages of rehab exercises. The exercises were marginal in rehabbing the shoulder. This product is extremely versatile. You can hold it close and work the shoulders and chest. Many verifiable positions . Extremely well made and easily adjustable. Good price too.

This is easily the most versatile effective and portable exercise equipment I have ever used. What I like about it is very effective isolating various muscle groups in the back shoulders chest and arms. One thing that has to watched is the nuts and bolts that hold it together; overtime they may get loose. Just a regular screwdriver and a socket wrench or adjustable wrench is needed to tighten it. Considering most full size home gyms require maintenance this is not a big deal. I have used it for three weeks now; so far so good.

This arm trainer is well made and it easily adjusts to different power levels. It has plenty of resistance and I can't budge it at the highest resistance level. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars, because of the feel of the resistance (hydraulic) , slow movement and at the end of the movement there is no resistance. It's a little weird, but you can get a good enough workout. I think you would do better doing pushups/pullups/chins and use this arm trainer as a supplement. I have mix feelings about this Trainer, and if it's really worthwhile, but it's still too early to make that decision. Update, raised my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. I have been using this exerciser everyday and it is very good. It’s a very good upper body workout and worth buying. I have gotten use to the feel of the hydraulic resistance and enjoy using it.

It came and looked just like in the pictures. Very easy to use and adjust settings. And after one day I'm already feeling a bit of tightness in the muscles that I exercised on my workout. It's very versatile allowing you to work your lower mid and upper chest as well as arms with different resistance settings. I've already dropped this thing once on accident and it stays together so it is definitely pretty durable.
