This item its true to size. The comfort of it is so good you can rotate it 360 to get the comfort. You can use this product for many different exercises. I love this item because is so sturdy that it doesn't feel like it will brake or hurt you while doing the exercises.

We both had trouble with this not sliding out from between our knees. I can hold it while doing the exercise. Plus side is we do feel the results. It is fairly compact and lightweight. This works like it should! it is medium sized and comes with a bag to put it in! The resistance can be changed to make it tougher or easier to use. Comes with workout tips to make sure your workout is effective. I will say it’s not the most comfortable/easy to use that’s why I gave 3/5 stars
