This is a handy little exercise tool. It is very easy to use, it fits well for my thighs and arms, it stays in place (no slippage during exercise), it is sturdy and holds up well to extended use. I have also dropped it a few times (yes I am a bit clumsy) and it has not broken into pieces, so that is also a plus. It functions as it should, the counter on it works and the design seems to be just fine for me anyway. Good value to help work some more challenging areas.

The thigh master works well for some targeted exercises, and the built-in counter is a nice feature for tracking reps. However, it’s smaller than expected, making it slightly uncomfortable to use for extended periods, particularly for those with longer legs or a larger frame. The design is sturdy, but a bit more padding would improve comfort. Still, it’s a decent option for home workouts and compact enough for easy storage.

This is reminiscent of the old school "thigh master" though in a smaller size and design. It is good for the original exercise as far as squeezing the thighs together though not much else. Because of the smaller size and design I find this very uncomfortable to try to use in other positions. It hurts because of the pressure points. Also when I tried to use it as demonstrated behind the thigh as a glute exercise I could not get it to stay in place. Overall, I do not recommend.

Thighmaster commercials were always so funny, and I never thought I'd be a person to use one, but hey, worth a try right? Well, this thing is great. Definitely difficult to use, takes a good amount of effort to do a series of reps. Currently, using this at my desk and I def feel the burn. Counter is helpful as I'm just using it as I type. Instructions offer various different type of exercises, but haven't tried those yet. Anyway, love this for desk exercises.

At first when we unboxed this we were thinking OK let’s see what this is all about. My wife put this inner thigh hip workout device between our legs and started cranking away. For the first 15 seconds she was smiling, during the last 30 seconds she was crying (in a good way) I of course had the jump in and give it a shot for myself and it took me less time to start crying lol. What a workout you get from this thigh hip exercise piece of equipment. For the price I don’t think you could get a better inner thigh workout than using this right here. Works great, keeps the count of reps for you while you go and it is just a great piece to have a gym.

This is not for those that aren't strong already. I needed something to help strengthen my muscles but this is really hard to squeeze and hurts my legs because it doesn't have much padding at all, just a very thin piece of silicone. The instructions for the electronic counter is confusing and although I figured out how to reset the counter that's all I could figure out. I wish the pressure was adjustable. I would not recommend to beginners.

I am determined to maintain good leg exercises. I was glad when this became available to me and was surprised that it was so much smaller than I thought it would be. The good thing is that one can fold and unfold it so it can be adjusted to the desired tension level when using it. You might be surprised at how good a workout this little gem can give you! can give you a surprisingly intense workout! It is a simple device that just works, and it works well.
