A little misleading, as I thought “dual track” meant this was the one where the legs could move separately. They don’t. However, I’m still giving it 5 stars as it works really well. My abs were burning after only one use, which doesn’t happen when I do regular crunches, so I’m confident that with regular use I will see results with this. I also like that it folds up and is easy to store.

The ab machine was easy to put together, which took about 10 minutes. It should be noted that despite the name, the pads for your knees move in unison, which means that you cannot perform an alternating motion, which would allow you to isolate additional muscle groups, such the quads and obliques. Nevertheless, it seems to glide well, and is comfortable to use. More importantly, it does not strain my back the way traditional ab rollers do, and it is very good at isolating the ab muscles.

Great for someone looking for a beginner home gym abdominal workout but not a larger gym rat. Def good for someone who bends from hips n has problems w curls, doesnt bother back or hips. The only down side, slightly tippy and not for knee/kneeling issues, or a larger person in height or weight wise. Im 5 ft 3 130.

I have mixed feelings about the MERACH Adjustable Dual Track Ab Machine. Part of the issue is that I accidentally purchased this model when I intended to buy the version that allows each leg to move independently or together. I didn’t realize until after it arrived that this model requires both legs to move in the same motion. I’m sure there are ways to modify exercises and get creative with it, but when you’re trying to fit in a quick workout at home, you don’t necessarily want to spend time improvising. You want equipment that feels intuitive and works with your fitness level. For me, this machine has been challenging. The movement starts very low, and bringing my knees all the way up requires a lot of effort. I’ve researched proper form and believe I’m using it correctly, but I still find it difficult. It also causes some discomfort around my elbows after a while, which makes the workout less enjoyable. One thing potential buyers should consider is that this machine requires you to pull and support a significant amount of your own body weight. If you’re over 200 pounds, as I am, you may find it more challenging than expected, especially if you’re just starting your fitness journey or returning to exercise. I’m still going to give it some more time and do my best to work with it, but at this point I’m on the fence. I may end up requesting a refund and trying the other MERACH model instead. Overall, I think this machine may work well for some people, but it hasn’t been the easiest fit for me personally.

Wasn't sure if I would like this but I was over 200 lb and it is durable, adjustable, and the fact that it folds up and I can put it out of the living room against the wall until I needed each morning makes even my husband happy. Works well on toning the stomach and you're also getting a bit of a workout,depending on where you have the height, on your legs and arms also. Only a few pieces to assemble which was easy. I actually enjoy using this.
