I cannot comment on the quality of the filtration, Because of a small inconvenience I am only giving 4 stars. I was annoyed because a washer was missing (but at least the instructions warned to make sure it was in place!) I went to Home Depot to buy the washer. The stand had 2 Ks and no J. Customer service was the most responsive of any company I have ever dealt with. I only wanted the J: However, they immediately sent a K and J. Mistakes happen, but whether, and when, a company fixes them is important. So I give them full marks for that. I would like the spigot to be larger so it flows quicker.     • took us a few minutes to figure out how to back flush filters. When we did it works great.
This is our first system ever we found it pretty easy to get up and running. I like the looks of the system. I think the taste is good I am just use to well water so to me it has a small taste, but it could just be the new filters needing more water ran through it.
