Do not purchase this product unless you enjoy throwing money away. The heat press broke within a few months. The seller sent me a replacement piece, and it broke again within a few months. I don’t have the money or time to purchase a new heat press every few months. This is NOT worth your time or money. The SELLER is also a third party seller so that means Amazon doesn’t assist you and the seller doesn’t respond back to your messages. Worthless, and a waste of money. ... show more

Right out of the box the press didn’t work. The heating element was broken. Aside from that this press seems very flimsy. The pads aren’t attached to the device, the tray doesn’t have anything to keep it from sliding all the way out, when you swing the press it wobbles… it just doesn’t seem well made. On top of that, when I requested a refund, the seller then contacted me twice offering me money to keep the machine and just let them send me a replacement part. I eventually had to get Amazon involved and my refund was issued. As a long time crafter who has been through 2 heat presses I would definitely NOT recommend this one. Amazing press once you understand how to use it you can make so much and the heat is even and tumblers come out beautiful. Timer isn’t so good resets while pressing. but I love this machine so I just got a little timer and use that.

I have made about 50 shirts with no issues. The only thing I have noticed, that doesn't really cause issues, is that it does not stay at temp. The good thing is it only goes down in temp not up. So if it is set at 300 it goes up to temp then down to 298ish. The only thing I don't like is the hot plate is very loose. It does always line up with the bottom plate. Then there is the pieces that hold the bottom plate that allows it to slide. The screws were stripped out upon arrival, so I replaced them with screw with a bolt and no more trouble. ... show more

The screen is a pice of glass that has sharp edges, it did an ok job at the beginning, afterb2 weeks sleve start heating up too much and would burn tumblers.
