Description

1. Illustration of Each Mode Normal Mode: This is the default mode. Use it to set the tower fan as you like. Auto Mode: With a built-in sensor, the fan speeds change by room temperature. Turbo Mode:Used for quick cooling and air circulation, it starts at the highest speed plus oscillating. When the room temperature decreases, the fan speed decreases accordingly. Then the fan speed changes by room temperature. Advanced Sleep Mode: The display and sound will automatically be off in 5 seconds. a) Within the first hour, the fan does not oscillate. The starting fan speed is determined by your current fan speed when you select this mode. b) After one hour, the fan oscillates and decreases speeds - to keep you from getting cold from the constant wind. c) Then the fan speeds will change by temperature, giving you a comfortable night experience. 2. Troubleshooting If the fan suddenly starts to oscillate, It is normal when the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode. It will automatically start oscillating after one hour of operation, which is its default setting. If it is not the case, contact our service team to let us help you figure it out. If the fan suddenly stops, It could be a timer accidentally set before. Kindly Check it and try it for a second time. If the top control panel is not so responsive, Check whether your fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode or manually set screen off. When the fan is screen off, the operation panel will enter a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touch. Thus, to adjust the setting, you need to press twice – the first time is to wake up the panel and the second time is to adjust the settings.

I needed a powerful fan that would cool my interior bedroom, yet be totally quiet. I took hours researching here on Amazon, reading every review I could, and the reviews for this Levoit tower fan were so good, and the price so reasonable, I decided to take a chance, even though I'd never heard of the company before. The fan came completely assembled except for the easy to snap on base plate. And it feels very sturdy and like it's really good components. I totally loved the fan, for it was indeed silent and the amount of air it puts out is excellent. However, after a couple of weeks it started to make a small click at a certain point in its cycle. I contacted Levoit and they were wonderful, sending me a new fan within a couple of weeks. So I would give this fan 10 stars if it were possible, for it's a great fan, at a really reasonable price, and a great company standing behind it. I definitely recommend!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Just got the fan today and so far no problems. It was super easy to set up I didn't even need the instructions. One best frsutee is you can store the remote behind the fan in a small little compartment which I find very nice so it's easy to located compared to placing the remote on a nightstand or bed and later can't find it, ya knke the typical problem with having any remote. The fan turns 180 degrees just like other brands like lasko. The breeze feels nice and mix it with my AC and it gets very cold. The breeze can be muted to not make too much noice which is definitely a cool feature. I haven't tried the sleep mode yet but you can also set how much hours to run so it isn't running all night or morning. Its seems fine standing up its sturdy just don't move it around because when you touch it does get a little wobbly. Another thing is if u put it into fan mode then the nut button doesn't make much of a difference but it's understandable you have the fan inside spinning. Also I just leave the fan on the default auto mode because it will tell the temperature of the speech you have it in whether it's your room or kitchen and that's cool. The oscillation isn't nice and slow which I like when I order fans. Now I'm not sure about battery life I seen some reviews on that but I'll see how this runs for a few months and update. My only problem is the sturdiness. I know I said it's fine but with the stand build it locks it in place on the stand which is cool but the little wobble after touching it or moving does safe me a little but think of a bobble head hoe it stands in place and just bobbles so ye. I'd say overall this is a great buy especially since it gets hot when the AC turns off since mines is on auto mode and I'll sometimes sweat a little at night that's the reason for buying this. It also comes with a warranty and customer service but I haven't tried since I have no problems yet but I'll update whenever I do. For $60+ bucks I'd say this is a good buy for a tower fan especially since I wanted something smaller after breaking my lasko fan sometimes last year. ... show more

This Levoit fan is the next best thing. Then the remote takes it to a higher level. Remote comes with battery and a protective tab to be removed before use. Buttons on top of fan match those on remote. It is my second Levoit appliance and I am a happy fan of this company. Easy Assembling of the base was the only activity before plugging in and turning on. I have been using it night and day. It does not interrupt sleep rather it is calming. Accurately reads the room temperature and has a wide range of speed. I placed it on the desk in an enclosed corner to prevent blowing floor dust but it will be fine on the floor for those who wish to do so with no kids around. The oscillation range is about 180 degrees. In addition it is definitely saving the use of air conditioner even on 85 degree days. From what I've gathered in 100~ (Fahrenheit) 37~ (Celsius) temperatures this doesn't help all that much but I'm sure it can move already cool air among a room really well. This however doesn't really seem to cool anything by itself. Pros - Not very loud at all, it's audible but not crazy loud. It starts getting noisy at about the 4th setting. - I love the timer and adjustable speeds for temperature, it's always annoying waking up because your toes are about to freeze off and you gotta get up to turn down the fan but this just does it by itself. - It was very easy to assemble and I appreciate it takes no tools at all to set up. Just put the plastic stand together, slide the fan in, screw on the plastic cog, plug it in and it's ready to go. - The touch controls on the top are very sensitive but not crazy sensitive. A soft tap works just fine. I wish the buttons would be backlit for when I'm fumbling around in the dark but it's not a huge deal, just a me problem. Cons - The display on the front is the only thing that can detect the remote control since it seems to be an IR sensor like a TV, it's fairly wide but sometimes when I point at it from the side it won't work and I'll need to move my arm further in front of the display for it to detect my inputs. - Somewhat randomly, after about three-ish hours sometimes it'll lower the fan speed and start oscillating on its own. (I could have received a buggy fan.) I'm sure it's not due to dropping temperatures or putting it on auto because, y'know, I'm sweating to death and would still be doing so and notice the temperature hasn't changed. Not really a huge deal just annoying. - I feel as though it doesn't really "cool" anything as the adverts tend to say. If the room is already well ventilated (not sure what you'd need this for in that case) it'd probably help. I tested this in a room with one door and one window with the window and door closed and it didn't do much cooling. ... show more
