- MULTIPLE ADVANTAGES: This String-wound sediment water filter has FOUR times the dirt holding capacity and DOUBLE the flow rate of PP sediment filter, allowing for longer service life. It's the ideal solution if your feed-water is of low quality and contains a lot of sediment.
- STANDARD UNIVERSAL SIZE: 20-Micron 10 x 2.5-inch universal filter cartridge size, fits most 10-inch filter housings. Used as a prefilter for reverse osmosis (RO) and whole house water filtration systems, and various commercial and industrial applications.
- PROTECT WATER EQUIPMENT: This filter removes up to 99% of sediment, including rusts, silt, sand, and other undissolved particulates from feedwater. As the first-stage filter in the whole house filtration system, it protects your post-filters, water appliances, pipes, bathroom, and kitchen faucets and shower fittings from clogging, Providing a refined filtered water supply for your home.
- LONG-LIFE FILTER: Our high dirt-loading capacity sediment filters can last up to 15,000-20,000 gallons. The filtered capacity and change-out cycle depends on the inlet water quality. Replace the filter at least every six months to maintain performance.
- This WPP Filter is tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for material requirements only.

Effective and Easy-to-Install Well Water Filter
Style: 20 Micron
I’ve been using the Membrane Solutions 20 Micron 10” x 2.5” sediment filter for my well water, and it has made a noticeable difference. It does an excellent job of trapping dirt, sand, and sediment, keeping my water clean and clear. Installation was easy, and the filter fits perfectly in a standard housing. Since using this filter, I’ve seen improved water quality throughout the house and less buildup in fixtures. Great quality, reliable performance, and a solid value for well water systems. Highly recommend!

good value
Style: 10 Micron
Works well for my system even though I typically don't change it as often (every 6 months) as I should (more like 9 months). I wish I could buy a new filter holder, the old one is stained.

Great quality / exceptional price
Style: 5 Micron
It was packaged well when it arrived. It looked identical to the type the local plumber uses. Price was very economical but the quality of the filter was not cheap. It was very very well put together! It was high quality and made very well! When you compare the costs of whole home filter replacements. This was definitely a deal and you got 5 filters to use the next time it needs to be changed. Very pleased with this purchase! I also purchased their string wound filter also in the 5 pack. And I highly recommend you try these for your home too!
