This is a great product and has easy controls and settings. However, I did leave it attached in an overnight freeze and it now leaks even when switched to off. Will stick with the brand, but switching to the metal version.

I just received mine! I used it and love it so much that I bought two more—one for the front yard and one for my brother. I have a torn rotator cuff and issues with my wrist and thumb. This has been the best nozzle for me so far.

    • Good for a season, then it starts to leak

Bought this to allow my MIL to water plants on the deck. She's 94 years old with arthritic fingers and had a hard time using a regular nozzle. She loves the feel and ease of operation. I wish I could day as much about the durability. The nozzle will start to leak after a season, and the plastic lever has completely cracked on one side. The leak is inside the mechanism, with water seeping out the side through the screw hole that goes through the ball, so there's no fixing it. I'm guessing that the plastic handle became brittle from sunlight and broke when she dropped it on the wooden deck, and it cracked so close to the base that it can't be repaired either. Kudos for a good design, I just wish the engineering was as well thought out. ... show more

I have used this product for several years an its my favorite water handle ever. It's easy to use, very powerful and sturdy. It is a replacement for the one I owned. The old product broke during a residential move. It was poorly packed b y me. It did not break during use.

I finally was able to use this so called fireman’s nozzle… it was not worth the money, and it definitely wasn’t up to the standards to be compared to anything that a fireman would use. It leaked as I was using it, the water pressure was too low for any heavy car washing. I only spent the extra money because I thought I was going to have a nozzle that would last.
