But this chair it has the massage and the heat in it nice and firm for my back it just sits better on the other chair I had my back didn’t reach the back of it when I was doing press on nails that’s what I do I use it in my press on nail business or online. The aesthetics of this chair are great. It is a massage chair but the buttons do not change the settings. The settings are all the same. I could have dealt with that if they were slow. The kneading rollers are super fast and when the settings are changed it is still the same. There is no change! The chair I received heights could not be changed either. I will also never buy from this company again. This is a specific purchase on line for an office chair.. I cannot go to a store near me and try it out (or I wouldn't have bought it). I had to hope the chair would work right. I use Amazon due to the shipping and easy return policies. (I actually rarely make returns but when I do I have been impressed with Amazons policies) Again, buyer beware you pay the shipping cost and according to their policy' "We will check the package after receiving it and arrange a refund for you. Warmly : Due to non-commodity returns, we will charge a portion of the fee. (Because we need to re-inspect the item and pack it again. So we need to charge a partial fee)". I will update with cost of shipping and what they "decided" to refund me for a chair that did not work! Just don't buy due to their return policy and lack of customer care in this. ... show more

The material and quality of this chair is exceptional. Only thing that bother me is the chair is not comfortable on my back when the massager is off. You can feel that hard plastic is poking on your back through cushion.

Getting older is no fun! I have a bad back that likes to go out periodically and I can't walk for a couple days. I work at a desk/computer all day; so I wanted a comfortable office chair. This fits the bill. Not only is it comfortable, it has a back massager that is really awesome. When I have it on, it really shakes the whole chair! I love the heat option too. The seat also vibrates; not just the back. I love how easily the chair leans back. The only "complaints" that I have are that the cord to the massager always gets tangled up in the chair legs, so when it is plugged up, you can't move the chair too much. Also, I don't see much difference in the massage settings. They all seem to do the same thing. Even so, I love my chair and I would recommend it to anyone. ... show more

After reading the reviews, I didn't have any expectations, I just needed something for work that this has with the leg rest, massage, and heat. Would be nice to have it lower more since I can't touch the floor. No instructions for putting the chair together or how to use it was included. The description says adjustable arms, but no idea how this is possible. Description also states several modes, but the 4 modes that show, all do the same thing and are not different. If there are instructions to program these modes, it didn't come with the chair. Seat is hard a a rock in the butt area and has the massager under the leg part of the seat. The part of the back that has the rollers has a cover but they didn't make it thick for comfort and it has velcro to hold it up off of the seat, which is very confusing. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR OPT FOR A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANEY I Received chair and began to put it together. First off the instructions are not very clear. I got the chair put together and turned it on. I was immediately met with a loud vibrating sound that was both irritating and obnoxious right off the bat. I took it into our office and turned it on again and you could hear the chair VIBRATING in the other rooms. This chair could not be used. I emailed the seller and they authorized a return. The return instructions were very clear; you had to repack and use the original box. Well after 2 hours of taking the chair apart and repacking it i get a second email two days later asking me to take a video of the chair. Well it was already packed up. I take the chair and my return receipt to UPS and was told i had to pay for shipping. YEP THATS RIGHT i had to pay $100 to return a defective chair!! Then they charged me a restocking fee for a chair that was broken.SAVE YOUR MONEY or but a chair other than this one !!!!! Oh and never once could i find a phone number to speak to a person. THIS COMPANEY AND PRODUCTS ARE OVER SEAS GARBAGE ... show more

The chair looks better in person than the seller photo. It took about 45 min to put the chair together using the photo assembly instructions. There are no instructions on operating the chair itself. So it took a little searching to see how to recline and use the manual foot rest. The back height is fixed so you can't get lumbar section in perfect spot. The chair is a little hard and you can feel the message heads against your back and the lumbar head is right at my tailbone (can see heads in photo), so if your not using the message feature you might want a pillow for extra cushion.
