Was nervous to purchase online - I spent weeks comparing: styles/colors/fabrics/brands/price/shipping costs/delivery! WELL this one is worth it! All boxes came faster than estimated! Single mom & it was EASY to assemble! Just take one box at a time! I know this couch will be durable (all coushins have pocket coils, the frame has metal supports running all underneath & all the seat covers can be removed & washed! The chenille fabric is very soft on my skin! The legs have rubber feet to protect your floors & help keep pieces the together if you decide not to screw them into a semi-permanent configuration, like me! When I finished assembling it, I rotated the chaise part & pushed it up against the center section piece and the single seat piece w/the ottoman and it basically turned it into a FULL size bed - so I laid down on it for a minute to test out how comfy it is AND I WOKE UP SEVERAL HOURS LATER!! It comes with all of the back pillows (which do not attach to the sofa) and 2 extra arm pillows for each end and I will add my picture showing how we made it our own with some more throw pillows (just need to find ONE MORE of those rectangle geometric pillows!)! I HIGHLY recommend this sectional! My only possible suggestion to the manufacturer would maybe be to make the two arms at the ends just a little more thicker or substantial!?! I think that would *really* make this a TOTAL WIN!! Oh, and all of the seat cushions Velcro down to the base of the sofa with wide Velcro strips, so they're super secure - however the square cushion on the top of the ottoman has a wide Velcro strip straight down the middle of it to hold it on but it isn't as secure as the other cushions are for some reason? BUT, if you are on the fence about this sectional - BUY IT!! I'm sooo happy that I did!! I had some Rent a Center sofas for 2 months while I took my time to choose this sectional and the guys that came to take those back actually asked me how much I paid for this sectional and where I got it?! They were blown away by how much nicer and so much more affordable this sectional was compared to theirs!! If you're on the fence - JUST BUY IT!! I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH MY PURCHASE!!

Super comfy and cozy, pet friendly if you have fur babies that like to claw on furniture. Minor factory issue seller was able to resolve very fast. Was hesitant to buy due to lack of reviews overall best couch ever!!!

This is a great couch for the price. It arrived in multiple boxes. I was able to carry the boxes into the house without issues. I put it together by myself in about an hour. It is a lot more comfortable than i thought it would. The fabric is nice. Cannot find a better couch for the price.

Couch is easy to put together, comes with instructions and hardware, pretty much everything you’ll need. It is a firm couch, and is not meant for laying around on so if you’re a couch potato I would not recommend. However, it’s fine for sitting around on for a tv show or gathering. I love the way it looks. I would recommend putting the couch covers over the cushions before taking the plastic off because once the cushions inflate they are almost impossible to get inside the covers. Overall very happy with how it looks and the quality.

This piece of junk arrived today or half of it did anyway. It smells like mold, and I didn’t even get all of the couch. Since it smells like mold and mildew I’m not keeping it. The fabric they used is very thin, the wood is a composite wood type not solid sturdy wood. It’s absolute junk. For the price it’s not worth it at all.
