bought in October 2020 and now the touch screen doesn't work. getting technical support is nearly impossible. if you're lucky you'll get an email back in a day or two and the same with any reply you're expecting. so literally every question you have is going to take days to get a reply to and you probably won't get the help you need. the stereo was in another language when I got it and luckily my son figured out how to change it. there are no instructions for use. I tried multiple times to change the degree to farenheit but it won't keep the setting, never got the map to work, several pre installed apps were obsolete so many features just don't work. the main problem now is the touchscreen won't respond to any touch and the tech support sends me a video to access the programming by using the touchscreen...so that was useless. a couple times it started working again but not for long so it's useless now and I haven't heard from tech support for almost a week now. I don't recommend this stereo, it has been nothing but a hassle the whole time. I'm going to have to buy a conversion kit and get a double din like I should have done in the first place. feeling ripped off. ... show more

Nice upgrade . Improved the modernist of my vehicle. Works great and easy to install. However, I only give four stars because it doesnt come with a user manual and can be difficult at times to navigate the system . I requested a manual and recieved timely "tech service" via email . This is very inconvenient because who wants to create a correspondence every time you have a question. The head unit has a manual programmed into the user interface but is difficult to read and doesnt cover everything and is pretty vague on the things it does cover. ... show more

Purchase this radio as an upgrade to the OEM unit. Received the unit no instructions but they were able to answer all my questions I had about it. The manual is an app within the unit. Love being able to have my passengers watch movies by grounding the brake wire. Unit keeps up with my swiping and response is accurate. Easy install with wires I have everything plug and play self explanatory. Steering wheel response to commands is on key. I have a single climate control works well.. The knobs for heat/cold feel a little flimsy but doesn't seem like they will be falling off at anytime. Happy with my purchase but Communications with company on getting this radio to be swapped is not good haven't answered my emails in over a month. So I'm stuck with a dud radio. After 3 years or so of owning this product its been giving nothing but issues now. You pay for what you get right. Through the first year my gps and backup camera stopped working but it was whatever i only really cared about carplay really. But it also just keeps disconnecting which was annoying but again. You get what you pay for i just learned to live with it. Now this past month or so the audio randomly stopped working and you cannot hear anything at all. Even resetting or turning the car off dont help it just randomly decides wen it wants to work. Lowering my rating because it did last a while but then again you paying for something Cheap. This is what you will risk. Honestly. This radio is a gonna be kinda difficult to install if you aren’t tech savvy. Plug and play yes. But if u want to install a back up camera and all that. Well u gotta figure out where to plug things in. Fitment was great on a honda accord 05 LX. Everything works. AC is good. But one thing im still figuring out is how to change the AC to display Fahrenheit instead of Celsius. Other than that. Im kinda content with this radio it being this price and actually does have wireless apple carplay. Lets see how long this last. *for those wanting to change the ac from celsius to Fahrenheit. You have to go to settings - car settings - extra settings - 8888 - model choose - then press the config and choose the single or dual zone. And it’ll download an update make sure to not turn off ur car. And then after you should see the temp unit option in the car settings app!!* ... show more

Buttons were on wrong side. USB didnt work. Unit looked used when recieved. Got incorrect wire diagram( like REALLY??!!!). Unit was cool, but it was a pain in the ass getting good support from the seller...sent this back and moved on...

Worked good for 6 months and then no power. Pulled the fuse and it restarted. So far so good. Screen is nice and large. Only complaint is there's nothing securing it on the lower half. Makes it loose. Volume control is touch so takes some getting used to where to turn up and down while driving.
