I only had it for a few weeks and tried to charge it on my cell phone's cord, but it wouldn't charge. I read the q&a and realized that you have to use a lower powered cord and that got the charging light to come on, so I thought all was well. Then, an hour later, I came back and the charging light was off. The lights would no longer come on and the power button didn't work. It was aggravating and I started a return through Amazon. I unplugged it and the lights came on! It is fully charged. Apparently, you can not operate it in anyway if it is plugged in to charge. Just wanted to share as an FYI. Of course, I canceled the return. All is well over here and I love this thing!

Got three of these as gifts and then had to get some more to give as more gifts after trying one out! Super easy to use once you know where to place the wick, very cool, and fast charging. There's no "flame" but it definitely lights the wick of a candle. The colors are pretty (I have seen the green, rose gold, black, blue, purple, red, and silver. All are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Functions well. It you have it on a candle wick tooong it does turn off. Very safe to use and for a child to help light a candle. Turns on very quick and easy. It's rechargeable so no need to refill it. Battery charges fairly quick for refilled battery. Can light a candle quickly as light speed. Great value for product.

I bought this lighter August 2023 and it worked fine and I got many uses out of it-more than I would've gotten out of a normal lighter. I was hoping it would last a little longer because i really did like using it however at nearly 2 years of consistent use the lighter battery refused to recharge any longer.

I was over burning my hand with a lighter once the candles and their whicks had gotten to short. I accumulated to many candles like that and just stored them. This made it so even with the deepest of candles I can light it and fully burn all of the wax. I love that it is rechargeable by Type C. Makes for an easy charge and even easier of use

Great product! Lasts about 50 lightings when fully charged. Just takes FOREVER to charge. I left it for almost 6 hours on a fast charger and it was only like half way charged.
